Moscow Declaration
   On 1 November 1943, Prime Minister Winston Churchill, President Franklin D. Roosevelt, and General Secretary of the Communist Party Joseph Stalin issued the Moscow Declaration, which condemned Nazi atrocities in Europe and promised to prosecute Nazi perpetrators after the war.
