Kaufman, Theodore N.
   The eccentric American Theodore Kaufman, in 1941 self-published Germany Must Perish, a 104-page pamphlet that called for the sterilization of all German men and dividing Germany’s territory among its European neighbors The book was used by Nazi Germany as propaganda to allege that “the Jews” were plotting against the country. In fact, Joseph Goebbels, months before Pearl Harbor, used the pamphlet to supposedly portray Kaufman as an advisor to President Franklin D. Roosevelt, thus revealing the true intentions of the president’s administration toward Germany.
