Committee For Hereditary Health Measures

Committee For Hereditary Health Measures
Toward the end of 1936 and the beginning of 1937, this committee was established to draw up legislation for a Reich Hereditary Health court. Historian Richard Evans suggests that as early as the establishment of this committee, “serious preparations for the killing of the handicapped began. . . . It only needed the imminent prospect of war to put them into effect.”
